Tips to increase your resilience for self-isolation
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect millions of people in hundreds of countries, with many countries imposing measures for physical distancing. In so many of these cases, people are self-isolating at home as a precautionary measure.
While everyone can understand the vital role of physical distancing and self-isolation in slowing the spread of this virus, they inevitably lead to challenging consequences for all of us. For example, we might be experiencing a huge reduction in our social interactions and physical activity, and/or the loss of our usual daily or weekly routines. None of us know how long this situation will continue, so it’s important to proactively build and maintain our resilience.
I’ve collected a number of resources on building resilience and they’re listed below. The list includes some articles along with some practical tips which you may find helpful.
